Yoshitsugu Matsuoka japán szinkronszínész, Hokkaidóról származik. Az I'm Enterprise ügynökséghez tartozik. 2012-ben a 6. Seiyu Awards gálán a legjobb újonc díjával tüntették ki, majd 2016-ban a 10. Seiyu Awards keretében a legjobb főszereplő szinkronszínésznek választották. Leginkább Kirito hangjaként ismert a Sword Art Online-ból, valamint Sorata Kanda szerepéből a The Pet Girl of Sakurasou-ban, Sora hangjaként a No Game No Life-ból, Arata Kasuga/Astral Trinity hangjaként a Trinity Seven-ből, Sōma Yukihira hangjaként a Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma-ból, illetve Masamune Izumi hangjaként az Eromanga Sensei-ből. 2019. június 17-től ő a hivatalos Guinness-világrekord birtokosa a legtöbb egyedi hangfelvételt készítő szinkronszínész kategóriában, miután a Danmachi - Memoria Freese című produkcióban több mint 10 000 szót szólaltatott meg.
